RedView is a mobility and collaboration platform for law firms. It offers the firm’s staff, clients and associates integrated web and app access to matter documents and other enterprise information in a secure and efficient environment.
Easy to install and set up, RedView utilises Web 2.0 technology to aggregate information about your clients and their matters. RedView’s Publisher aggregates information about a law firm’s clients and their matters for use by its staff and clients. It extracts information from back offices systems and publishes it into a data warehouse accessible via the cloud. It keeps the information up to date as changes are made in the back office systems.
RedView Lite lets law firms provide their lawyers, staff and clients with iPhone access to information about matter(s).
The main screen provides a snapshot of the matter, and drill-down capabilities then allow access to:
•The timeline of key dates related to a matter, past and future
•Relevant documents related to the matter
•Messages that have occurred between the client and the firm
•Contact details for the relevant parties
•Financial information for the matter
•Other matter information
RedView Lite’s goal is to provide users with the ability to access matter information anywhere anywhere, anytime through their convenience of their iPhone.
